ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Research abstracts (maximum of 300 words) are invited on the listed themes of the conference. Papers should be based on the original research and field experiences focusing on any of the themes. The abstract must be submitted as a soft copy in MS Word format, typed in Times New Roman font, size 12, with single line spacing. The presenting author’s name should be clearly highlighted along with their email address and mobile number. Each abstract must include the title of the paper, name(s) of the author(s), institutional address, objectives of the study, a brief description of the methodology, summary of the results and the conclusions.
The soft copy of the abstract must reach the Organizing Secretary on or before 31st July 2026 via email at ncsveudaipur2026@gmail.com or website: ncsveudaipur.in. Only papers submitted by registered candidates will be accepted. Accepted papers for oral presentation will be allotted a maximum of 5 minutes for PowerPoint presentation followed by 2 minutes for discussion. Abstracts selected for poster presentation must be prepared in the size of 3 feet by 4 feet in portrait orientation using biodegradable material and displayed in the space allotted.
